高壓隔膜板框壓濾機通過物理擠壓實現(xiàn)污泥脫水。通過板框給污泥施加壓力,含水污泥受力使得水分得以分離出來,達到降低污泥含水率的目的。擠壓工藝可選用隔膜二次擠壓或空氣吹掃濾餅內(nèi)及管道中剩余水份,優(yōu)點是脫水后泥餅含水率較低、衛(wèi)生條件較好,脫水率高,卸料立體布置,占地少。部分污泥可不用二次投加調(diào)理藥劑,直接脫水,減少運營成本。
